Accessibility statement
Kotoba Interactive is committed to making its site accessible to as many people as possible, targeting level AA of WCAG 2.1 and drawing on the French RGAA accessibility framework.
1. Our commitment
Digital accessibility means making online content usable by everyone, including people with visual, hearing, motor or cognitive disabilities. We improve the site continuously toward this goal.
2. Measures in place
- Full keyboard navigation (Tab, Enter, Esc, arrows) with a visible focus on every interactive element.
- Alternative text on informative images.
- Compliant contrast: body text at least 4.5:1, large text at least 3:1.
- Semantic HTML structure (heading hierarchy, ARIA landmarks, skip links).
- Dark mode available and contrast-compliant, to reduce eye strain.
- Animations disabled when your system signals "prefers-reduced-motion".
- Typography designed for multilingual use (FR, EN, ES) and Asian scripts (CJK).
- Adjustable text size without loss of functionality.
3. Technologies used
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React / Next.js) and WAI-ARIA.
4. Content not yet fully accessible
Despite our efforts, some content may have limitations:
- some complex data visualizations;
- some third-party content (audience measurement, advertising pixels);
- transcripts of some video content, currently being added.
5. Feedback and contact
If you experience an accessibility problem, write to us at contact@kotobainteractive.com. We commit to responding within 7 working days and proposing an alternative solution where necessary.
6. Remedies
If you find an accessibility failure that prevents you from accessing content and do not receive a satisfactory response, you can contact the French Defender of Rights (Défenseur des droits):
